Back on Track!


Be bold, take a chance, do it right. Well the process is slow but goals for the new year are coming along curiously enough. With the help of Weight Watcher's online and boot camp, I've lost 11.3 lbs. and am in pretty good shape to do my 5 and 10K this year. I having been working extra hard to prepare myself for my shoulder surgery scheduled on Feb. 11Th. A minor set-back but my journey will still continue. By setting small goals, I've found that is easier to achieve them
and lass disappointment occurs. With my workout I also try to get out and walk and jog for at least 1 hour. It is amazing how you can be in a troubled state of mind, then out the door and troubles seem not that bad. So with my new found energy and willingness to take it slower and watch good results...my next quest is to blog more, share fashion tips for the 50 something ladies and garden knowledge with spring around the corner. Bravo for today and till tomorrow...
